Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Global Chat - Connect & Earn mobile application and services (the "Service") operated by The App Provider ("we", "us", or "our").

1. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Your **Username** serves as your unique ID and permanent **Referral Code**.
• Changes to your Display Name or Mobile Number are subject to a **10,000 Coin fee** after the first free change.

2. Rules of Conduct and Content

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, transmit, or share any content in the Chat Rooms, Voice Rooms, or Moments that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these rules.

3. Financial and Earning Policy

A. Coins (💰) and Points (💎)

• Coins (💰) are virtual currency used for in-app purchases (e.g., Gifts, Game Pass). They have no monetary value outside the Service.
• Points (💎) are the redeemable currency earned through active participation and are convertible to real-world funds.

B. Conversion and Commission

• The minimum conversion amount is **100,000 Coins**.
• The conversion rate is: **100,000 Coins = 70,000 Points**.
• A **30% commission** is permanently deducted by The App Provider during the Coin-to-Point conversion process.

C. Withdrawals and Payments

• The minimum withdrawal threshold is **100,000 Points** (approximately $1 USD).
• Withdrawal requests are processed manually and are subject to verification. Delays may occur.
• The App Provider is not responsible for errors in payment processing due to incorrect or invalid withdrawal account details provided by the user.
• No Guaranteed Earnings: The App Provider makes no guarantees regarding the amount of Coins or Points a user can earn. Earnings are solely dependent on user activity, ad revenue, and the success of referrals.

D. Referral System

• Rewards (10,000 💎 per referral) are only issued when the referred user is deemed **"active"** by earning 10,000 Points through their own activities.
• Any attempt to manipulate the referral system (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated Coins and Points, and account termination.

4. Games and Game Pass

• All games in the "Our Games Collection" are locked and require a valid **Game Pass** to play.
• The Game Pass is an in-app purchase using Coins (starting at 1,500 Coins) and is non-refundable.
• Coins earned in games are subject to the rules of each game and may require a minimum threshold to be converted into Points.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, engage in fraud, or attempt to exploit the earning system.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the App Provider is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall The App Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
